The Umbrella service combines the services selected by the customer from the Mobile Work portfolio to form a comprehensive solution. The customer is assigned a dedicated contact person who provides support for all their questions and is responsible for the service experience. It does not matter which or how many of the services the customer has selected.
Standardised processes ensure a quick and efficient response to new requirements. An integrated tool landscape with APIs enables self-service, automated processes and direct customer connection.
With Endpoint Connectivity, all company devices are automatically connected to the company network when an internet connection is available. Additional security is provided by microsegmentation, which ensures that only apps managed by the company have access to the company network.
By constantly monitoring device status, risks can be identified at an early stage and devices can be automatically locked out of the network. One way of implementing this is to use a SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) architecture.
