Mobile phone contract
: You have the option of terminating the contract early in return for a transfer fee. We will be happy to send you a specific offer in writing if you provide us with a copy of the official proof of business deregistration/cessation of business or a copy of the extract from the commercial register.
Landline & Internet
contract You can terminate a fixed-term contract at the end of the minimum contract period by giving notice in accordance with the notice periods using our termination form.
Number portability
If you have a successor for your business and the landline and/or mobile phone number is to continue to be used, no cancellation is required. You can then apply for a contract transfer for your contracts. You can find all the information about the process on our contract transfer overview page.

Mobile phone contract
If you move within Germany, you do not need to cancel your mobile phone contract. The contract remains valid and can continue to be used. If you move abroad, you have the right to cancel your contract. In this case, the notice period is one month.

Landline & Internet contract
If you move house, you do not need to cancel your existing contract. You can simply transfer it to your new address. We will check whether the same service (e.g. DSL speed and technology) is available at your new place of residence. If so, the contract will be transferred without any problems.
If the previous service cannot be provided at the new location, you have the right to cancel the contract.
Important: Please inform us of your move at least four weeks in advance. Contact our service team and we will call you back to discuss all the important details.

to transfer or take over a mobile phone contract? It's easy! The term and conditions remain unchanged. We charge a one-time fee per contract for the transfer. It is important that the previous contracting party and the person taking over the contract fill out the transfer form together.
Landline & internet contract with new commercial registerTo
transfer a landline and internet contract with a new commercial register, both the transferee and the transferor must complete an application form. Please have the relevant supporting documents ready, such as a purchase or transfer agreement and a current extract from the commercial register.
