When booking Microsoft 365 Business Standard bundled with Microsoft 365 Copilot Business , the promotional price during the promotional period is €17.99 (excl. VAT) per user per month when paying monthly, or €204.95 net per user per year (=€17.08 per user per month) for annual payment. The minimum contract term is 12 months. 

By way of comparison: when purchased individually, Microsoft 365 Business Standard costs €12.10 per month and Microsoft 365 Copilot costs €27.30 per month. When paid annually, the prices are €138.28 (= €11.52 per user per month) for Microsoft 365 Business Standard and €312.00 (= €26.00 per user per month) for Microsoft 365 Copilot. 

When booking Microsoft 365 Business Premium bundled with Microsoft 365 Copilot Business the promotional price during the promotional period is €24.49 (excl. VAT) per user per month when paying monthly, or €279.95 net per user per year (=€23.33 per user per month) for annual payment. The minimum contract term is 12 months. 

By way of comparison: when purchased individually, Microsoft 365 Business Premium costs €19.01 per month and Microsoft 365 Copilot costs €27.30 per month. When paid annually, the prices are €217.28 (= €18.13 per user per month) for Microsoft 365 Business Premium and €312.00 (= €26.00 per user per month) for Microsoft 365 Copilot. 

All prices are excluding VAT at the statutory rate. The contract may be terminated at the end of the contract term with 30 days’ notice. If notice of termination is not given in due time, the contract shall be automatically extended for a further 12 months. The then current, non-discounted prices as set out on the product order page.

Yes. A company can use a maximum of 300 Microsoft 365 Business licences in total within a single tenant. This also applies to the bundles on offer.

Yes. Organisations can combine Microsoft 365 Business with Copilot and individual Copilot Business licences within the same tenant.

The following options are available:

• Annual contract with annual billing
• Annual contract with monthly billing
• Monthly contract with monthly billing

The more flexible the contract, the higher the price tends to be.

Yes, provided that Microsoft offers a suitable upgrade path for your current Microsoft 365 Business licence. If this is the case, you can switch to Microsoft 365 Business with Copilot whilst your current contract is still in force.

If there is no upgrade path available for your licence, you will only be able to switch at the end of the contract term or when you renew your subscription.

No. If you retain the existing contract term (e.g. renewing an annual subscription with another annual subscription), the original end date of the contract will also remain the same.

A new contract term will only commence if you change the term of your subscription at the same time – for example, from a monthly to an annual subscription.

Microsoft 365 Copilot Business requires a Microsoft 365 Business licence (e.g. Business Premium). If users switch to Microsoft 365 E3 or E5, they will no longer be able to use Copilot Business.

It is not possible to switch from Microsoft 365 Copilot Business to Microsoft 365 Copilot whilst the current contract is still in force; this can only be done at the next contract renewal.

Alternatively, you can assign the Copilot Business licences to other users with a Microsoft 365 Business licence and purchase Microsoft 365 Copilot as an add-on for E3 or E5 users. Provided the contract term remains unchanged, neither the term nor the end date of the contract will change.

No. You can only switch from Microsoft 365 Copilot to Microsoft 365 Copilot Business at the end of your current contract term.

However, additional licences for Microsoft 365 Copilot Business can be purchased at any time for further eligible users – up to a maximum of 300 users.
