Yes. If you opt for the Digital Office Service Packages M or L, this is possible. However, it is often advisable to first seek assistance via our free service number. 

As many issues can be resolved by our experts over the phone and via secure remote access, this is usually quick and straightforward. However, if you do require an engineer to visit your premises, you can arrange a prompt appointment directly with the service number representative.

Our experts will only access your devices remotely if you explicitly give your consent. Secure means that remote access is subject to special data protection regulations and you can end the session at any time. 

When you give your consent over the phone, the expert will provide you with a session key, i.e. a randomly generated key that is only used once for the remote diagnosis by Telekom. You can then download the necessary software. The expert will then be given access to your device. You can follow the process on your screen. Once the remote access is complete, the connection is immediately terminated and, in the best case scenario, your issue will have been resolved.
