About MagentaEINS Business

As an existing business customer, you can easily change your current mobile phone tariff yourself in Telekom's Magenta Business Service Portal (MBSP). There you can easily take care of many matters yourself with just a few clicks.

Log in to the Magenta Business Service Portal with your BSP login or Telekom login. On the home page, click on "My contracts" in the left-hand navigation bar, then on "Mobile communications" and then on "Contracts". You will now see an overview of all associated mobile phone numbers. Find the number for which you want to change the tariff in the list. Click on the icon with the three dots to open the action menu for the desired number. Then select the "Adjust contract" action using the corresponding icon. Now follow the steps to change the mobile phone tariff. You may be redirected to the Business Service Portal (BSP) for this.

If you do not yet have a BSP login, you can register free of charge at any time.

Good to know: You can switch to a higher tariff at any time free of charge. A tariff change to the same or a cheaper tariff is possible after 18 months at the earliest. If the new tariff is cheaper than your old one, a net fee of €41.97 will be charged for the tariff change.

Security OnNet offers a range of security solutions to meet a variety of requirements:

• Security OnNet Basic: Automatically protects your mobile devices directly on the Telekom mobile network – without the need for an additional app or installation. The network protection detects and blocks, amongst other things, phishing, malicious websites and botnet connections.
• Security OnNet Basic Plus: Enhances your network protection with an ID alert for your personal data. You can check email addresses, mobile phone numbers, and bank and credit card details against known data breaches. If any are found, you will be automatically alerted by email.
• Security OnNet Comfort: Enhances your protection with additional security services for your business. These include a website scan, security training for staff and personalised advice from Telekom Security experts. Security OnNet Comfort can be added as an optional extra for €3.32 net per month and can be cancelled at any time after a minimum contract period of 12 months.

Security OnNet is already included in the Business Mobil plans: Business Mobil Start includes Security OnNet Basic. Business Mobil Unlimited and Unlimited Pro include Security OnNet Basic as well as Security OnNet Basic Plus with ID-Alarm.
