The Business Service Portal (BSP) is a special login exclusively for Telekom business customers. Here you can independently manage your mobile phone framework agreements, order mobile phones and accessories, and administer your telephone system in the cloud (Cloud PBX).
How can I register for the Business Service Portal (BSP)?
The registration procedure depends on your business customer category:
Mobile phone framework agreement customers can fill out the account order form to gain access to the BSP. If you have already received a notification to register for DeutschlandLAN products and are a landline customer, you can register online.

If you already have a landline contract, you can link the associated Telekom login to your business mobile phone contracts and use it as your access data for the BSP.
If you do not have a Telekom login but would like to use one, you can create an account even if you do not have any Telekom products. When creating your account, simply select "No, I do not have a landline or mobile phone contract" if you do not have a landline with Telekom but would like to create a new account for business mobile phone contracts.
Important! Each mobile phone customer number can be linked to up to three Telekom logins. Existing BSP access data can only ever be linked to one Telekom login.

For technical reasons, you cannot first log in to the BSP and then create the link. On the home page, you must start the registration process via the Telekom Login option and create the link once. The system will guide you through the process step by step.
You can authenticate yourself either with your customer number and mobile phone number or with your BSP login details.

For business mobile phone products, you will not receive an activation code for a Telekom login.
If you do not have a Telekom login for your landline products, please create a Telekom login without linking it to a product. Each mobile phone customer number can be linked to up to three Telekom logins.
Do you use more than 20 mobile phone contracts? Then you need access to the Business Service Portal (BSP). You can then link this to a Telekom login.

If you have not yet confirmed your email address or if there are several confirmed email addresses but none is marked as the primary email address, you will be redirected to a page. There you will see a QR code (for your computer) or a link (for your smartphone) for WhatsApp. In the WhatsApp chat, you can quickly and easily confirm your email address if you are authorised to do so and have fewer than 20 contracts under your customer number. You can then link your business mobile phone contracts to the Business Service Portal (BSP) via the Telekom login.

For security reasons, automatic linking of the Telekom login is currently not possible for more than 20 contracts.
If you have more than 20 mobile phone contracts, you will need free access to the Business Service Portal (BSP). You can find all the important information right here on this page.
You can then link your BSP access data to a Telekom login.

If a Telekom login has been linked to your business mobile phone contracts without sufficient internal coordination, you as the contractual partner have the option to object to the integration. After each link is created, you will receive a confirmation email to the main email address stored in our system, which will contain a link to revoke the link. You have 10 working days to do so.
Alternatively, please send us a cancellation by e-mail. To enable us to assign your cancellation, please remember to include the details from the e-mail you received (your customer number, ID of the linked user).

To verify your identity, you must provide a customer number and a corresponding mobile phone number. If both match, you will receive a confirmation code via text message to the mobile phone number you provided to complete the verification process. The
contract holder will be informed of the process by e-mail and can revoke the link within 10 working days via the link in the e-mail. After that, revocation is always possible by e-mail.
Note: To enable us to assign your cancellation, please remember to include the details from the email you received (your customer number, ID of the linked user).
