Contracts
You can find an overview of your contracts under "My contracts". Here you can also see your phone numbers, the tariffs you have booked and the contract terms, for example.
All information about your mobile and landline contracts at a glance: view contract terms, download invoices, manage orders and find answers to frequently asked questions.
The Magenta Business Service Portal (MBSP) is an extension of the existing Business Service Portal (BSP) and offers you, as a business customer, a range of new functions for viewing and managing your mobile and landline contracts independently.
You can find an overview of your contracts under "My contracts". Here you can also see your phone numbers, the tariffs you have booked and the contract terms, for example.
Under "My invoices", you can view your invoices for up to 18 months retroactively and download them as PDF files individually or as a collective download.
Under "My orders," you can view all orders, their current status, and the delivery date.
For your first registration, you will need the following:
Once you have all the data, go to the MBSP homepage and select the "Telekom Login" button. Then log in with your user name (access number) and password (personal password). Once you have successfully logged in, follow the remaining steps. If necessary, add your data using the "Add data" button.

If you already use the Business Service Portal (BSP), you do not need to register again. Simply log in to the Business Service Portal (BSP) as usual and then switch to the Magenta Business Service Portal (MBSP) by clicking on "Go to MBSP" in the top right-hand corner.

If you already have a landline contract, you can use the corresponding Telekom login to register with the MBSP.
If you have a maximum of 250 contracts, you can also create a Telekom login for mobile communications free of charge and use it to register. To register, simply select the type of contract you have:
If you have more than 250 mobile phone contracts, simply fill out our account order form. You will then receive free access to the Business Service Portal (BSP) and can switch to the MBSP by clicking on "Go to MBSP" in the top right-hand corner after logging in.
Important! Please remember to activate multi-factor authentication before logging in with your Telekom login. You can view and manage the current status of this in the administration section of your Telekom login in the top left-hand corner under "Security".

The Telekom Login provides uniform access to all Telekom services, such as email, MagentaCLOUD and the customer centre. You can now also use your Telekom Login to log in to the Business Service Portal (BSP), Magenta Business Service Portal (MBSP) and the MeinMagenta app and link your business contracts.
You can quickly and easily set up a Telekom login yourself.

If you cannot find a setting, we recommend that you first take a look at your contract details. This will quickly show you whether the desired settings can be made directly in the call centre or whether your tariff may not include a telephony function.

Another tip: If you want to view the current usage for multiple contracts, you can add the "Data usage" column in the contract overview by clicking on the cogwheel on the right. Once you have saved the change, you will be able to see the data usage for all contracts at a glance.
