We are merging our customer portals. This means that you can now conveniently access all information relating to your mobile phone contracts and invoices via the Magenta Business Service Portal (MBSP) and benefit from the following advantages:
All you need is an active Telekom login or access to the Business Service Portal (BSP).
If you already have a Telekom login, you can use it to log in to the Business Service Portal at any time.
Please ensure that you have activated multi-factor authentication beforehand. You can view and manage the current status via the administration of your Telekom login for the Telekom login in the top left-hand corner under "Security".
Once you have logged in to the Business Service Portal with your Telekom login details, the portal will help you link your mobile phone customer number to your Telekom login (using your mobile phone number and mobile phone customer number) in just a few minutes. Once you have linked your accounts, you will be logged in to the Magenta Business Service Portal (MBSP) and can find your invoices under the menu item "My invoices".
Depending on the permissions you have been granted, you can also use other menu items in the portal.
Note: If you would like to use a different or new Telekom login, please create it under "I would like to create a Telekom login" – without a landline.

You can set up your Telekom login quickly and easily yourself. Simply select whether you already have existing landline contracts.
With landline Without landline
Please also complete multi-factor authentication when logging in. You can set this up via the management section of your Telekom login at the top left under "Security".
You can then log in to the Business Service Portal (BSP) with your Telekom login. The portal helps you link your mobile phone number and customer number to your Telekom login in just a few minutes. Once linked, you will be logged in directly to the Magenta Business Service Portal (MBSP) and can find your invoices under the menu item "My invoices". Depending on the permissions you have been granted, you can also open other menu items in the portal.

One more note: After each visit, we remember which portal you last used. This means that the next time you log in, you may be taken directly to the MBSP. You can view and download your invoices from the last 18 months. You can also view your payments retroactively for up to 12 months. To do so, click on "My invoices" in the navigation bar.
Under "Settings", you can choose the invoice format for download and digitally sign your invoices.
Under the menu item "My contracts", you can see your current data usage for each contract.
In addition, you can book a data pass if necessary to surf at full speed again.
Under "My contracts," you will find an overview of your contracts, the associated customer number, the corresponding customer account, and more.
When you select a contract, you can extend it, switch to a different tariff, or enter a cost centre and/or cost centre user under "Contract usage".
If you have negotiated individual profiles with Telekom, you will find an overview of your personal profiles under the menu item "Profiles" and can also start ordering a new contract. You can request a profile change under the menu item "My contracts".
Note: Profile contracts and standard tariffs are currently displayed in separate accesses.
You can cancel your contracts under the menu item "My contracts". Once we have processed your request, you will receive a confirmation of cancellation from us by e-mail.
Tip: If you switch to list view, you can select several contracts at once to be processed in a single order.
Under "My contracts", you can view the status of your mobile phone contracts, such as the end of the binding period or whether a contract can already be renewed.
You can view the status of your orders placed directly via the MBSP under "My orders".
Whether you are interested in an additional contract with or without a device, under "Tariffs" you will find all current offers, including any individual discounts you have negotiated with Telekom.
If you already have an existing Business Mobile contract, you can also book up to 10 discounted additional cards (Business Cards) per contract. To do this, select the desired contract under the menu item "My Contracts" and click on "+ Create new sub-contract" to book an additional card according to your requirements.
Under "My contracts", you can request one or more replacement cards. To order replacement cards for several contracts at once, switch to the list view.
Please note: If you order an active replacement card, your old SIM card will be deactivated immediately and can no longer be used.
If you have ordered one or more inactive replacement cards or SIM cards as part of a new contract via the MBSP, you can activate them via the "Card activation" menu item.
Tip: Is the new SIM card in the device and has it already been started? Then switch briefly to flight mode so that the SIM card can log back into the network.
Yes. When placing your order, you have the option to customise the delivery address according to your preferences.

If you already have a landline contract, you can link the associated Telekom login to your business mobile phone contracts and use it as your login details for the MBSP.
If you do not have a Telekom login but would like to use one, you can create an account even if you do not have any Telekom products. When creating your account, simply select "No, I do not have a landline or mobile phone contract" if you do not have a landline with Telekom but would like to create a new account for business mobile phone contracts.
Important! Each mobile phone customer number can be linked to up to three Telekom logins. Existing MBSP access data can only ever be linked to one Telekom login.

For technical reasons, you cannot first log in to MBSP and then create the link. On the home page, you must start the registration process via the Telekom Login option and create the link once. The system will guide you through the process step by step. You can authenticate yourself either with your customer number and mobile phone number or with your MBSP login details.

The Telekom Login provides uniform access to all Telekom services, such as email, MagentaCLOUD and the customer centre. With the Telekom Login, you can manage your contracts, view invoices and edit personal data in the customer centre. You can now also log in to the Business Service Portal (BSP), Magenta Business Service Portal (MBSP) and the MeinMagenta app with your Telekom Login and link your business mobile phone contracts.

For business mobile phone products, you will not receive an activation code for a Telekom login.
If you do not have a Telekom login for your landline products, please create a Telekom login without linking it to a product. Each mobile phone customer number can be linked to up to three Telekom logins.
Important! When creating your Telekom login, please select the option "No, I do not have a landline or mobile phone contract".
Do you use more than 250 mobile phone contracts with the same customer number? Then you need access to the Business Service Portal (BSP). You can then link this to a Telekom login.

If your email address has not yet been confirmed, or if there are multiple confirmed email addresses but none are marked as the primary email address, you will be redirected to a page displaying a QR code (desktop) or a link (smartphone) for WhatsApp. You can then quickly and easily confirm your email address in the WhatsApp chat if you are authorised and have fewer than 250 contracts under your customer number. You can then easily link your account to your Telekom login. Once the link has been successfully established, you will be logged into the Magenta Business Service Portal (MBSP).

For security reasons, automatic linking of the Telekom login is currently not possible for more than 250 contracts.
If you have more than 250 mobile phone contracts, you will need access to the Business Service Portal (BSP).
You can then link your BSP access data to a Telekom login.
