Everything you need to know about switching

We are merging our customer portals. This means that you can now conveniently access all information relating to your mobile phone contracts and invoices via the Magenta Business Service Portal (MBSP) and benefit from the following advantages:

  • Complete overview of your mobile phone contracts
  • Clear overview of your contract terms
  • View and download mobile phone bills
  • Overview/status of your payments and debits
  • Display of data volume used per contract
  • Process multiple contracts in one order, e.g. order replacement cards

All you need is an active Telekom login or access to the Business Service Portal (BSP).
