Various conditions apply to purchasing a discounted Microsoft 365 edition. For example, an active landline or mobile phone contract with Telekom is required for the entire contract period. By placing your order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. You can recognise the discounted editions in the Telekom Cloud Marketplace by the designation "Special".

The discount granted is valid exclusively for new contracts for Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Microsoft 365 Business Standard and Microsoft 365 Business Premium and can be applied for a period of up to 12 months after purchase. Please also note that the discount is non-transferable. 

Telekom customers are defined as customers who have an active landline or mobile phone contract with Telekom for the entire term of the contract. By placing an order, you confirm that this requirement is met.

If the discount has expired in accordance with the terms and conditions and the Microsoft 365 Edition subscription has not been cancelled in time, your contract will be automatically renewed at the current non-discounted prices. You can find the current terms and conditions in the price list..

If you already have a Microsoft 365 Business subscription that is not discounted, you can upgrade to a higher-value, discounted edition. The rules and upgrade paths specified by Microsoft for upgrading Microsoft 365 apply. It is not possible to switch to an equivalent, discounted edition.

To upgrade from one Microsoft 365 edition to another, the rules and upgrade paths specified by Microsoft for upgrading Microsoft 365 apply. These apply to both non-discounted and discounted subscriptions.  

It is not possible to immediately change to a shorter or longer term for discounted editions. A change is only possible at the end of the contract by cancelling the existing subscription and rebooking with a new term. 

If you would like to increase the number of licences you have, you can easily do so via your account in the Telekom Cloud Marketplace . Select the desired product and click on "Update subscription". There you have the option of expanding your existing edition by adding additional licences. The discounted prices also apply to the newly purchased licences, so you benefit from attractive terms when you increase your number of licences. Then complete your order.

The Microsoft 365 Business Basic version provides you with Office apps on the web and on your mobile device.
With the Microsoft 365 Apps for Business package, you get the desktop versions of Office applications, including premium features.
The Microsoft 365 Business Standard version also includes the desktop versions of the Office applications, plus Microsoft Teams, Exchange and SharePoint.
The Microsoft 365 Business Premium version includes all Office applications for your desktop, including Intune and Azure Information Protection for additional IT security.

Microsoft 365 Business is suitable for companies with up to 200 employees.
Office 365 Enterprise offers Office applications for companies with 200 or more employees.
Microsoft 365 Enterprise, like Office 365 Enterprise, includes the Office applications and is recommended for companies with 200 or more employees and/or companies with higher IT security and compliance requirements. You also receive a Windows Enterprise licence.

With the Microsoft 365 Business Basic plan, the applications can be installed on up to 5 smartphones or tablets each.
With the Microsoft 365 Apps for Business, Microsoft 365 Business Standard and Microsoft 365 Business Premium plans, the applications can be installed on up to 5 smartphones, 5 tablets and 5 PCs each.

Your subscription will be deactivated immediately upon cancellation. Administrators can access files for up to 90 days after cancellation.
