procured end devices are configured and ready to use. Apple products are registered in Apple Business Manager. Samsung devices are pre-registered with Samsung Knox. Selected accessories, mainly from sustainable production, such as protective covers or screen protectors, are also included with the device. Delivery can be made either to the company or to the home office.

Break & FixIn
the event of damage, simply report it on the self-service portal and a replacement device will be sent by express delivery from the hardware pool. All data on the defective device will be deleted in accordance with GDPR. The hardware will then be repaired and added to the device pool.

End-of-life management
Sustainability is the primary goal of 360° life cycle management. After return, data is deleted, then the end devices are secured and professionally refurbished or recycled in an environmentally friendly manner.
