Participants in the programme can obtain Microsoft cloud services such as Office 365, Dynamics 365, Enterprise Mobility + Security and Azure from Telekom, combine them with Telekom connectivity and security services, and use them as a basis for developing innovative solutions for medium-sized customers that address their requirements. The added value remains in the hands of the partners. They use services from Microsoft and Telekom and act as independent solution providers who are responsible for the sales and provision of cloud services themselves.
Our programme is aimed at all companies, system houses, resellers and other IT service providers who want to develop their own sustainable business models and innovative solutions for medium-sized customers based on cloud computing, Microsoft Cloud Services and Telekom Connectivity and Security Services.
Participants in the Cloud Solution Partner Programme benefit from personal contacts, training opportunities and marketing support. The latter includes, for example, innovation workshops with customers. Several partners join forces to form a network, invite customers and present their solutions. Telekom works with Microsoft to organise the workshops, providing interesting locations and keynote speakers. And, of course, there are plenty of options for partners to increase their sales – from product sales to managed and proprietary services to project services.

We will then take care of the technical and organisational requirements. We will set up portal access for your company (onboarding) and guide you through the first steps (enablement).
We provide you with Office applications, Dynamics 365, Enterprise Mobility + Security, Azure and other services via the Telekom Cloud Portal for Partners. In addition, you get all the functions you need to manage your customers, make bookings or create invoices, as well as professional support and training.
Cloud Solution Partners must be able to organise their own marketing and sales. They maintain the contractual relationship with the customer and also conclude the contract themselves. They ensure regular billing and provide support services.
Cloud Services are infrastructures, platforms or software that are no longer provided locally but are available as a service via the Internet. Users only need a terminal device (PC, notebook, tablet, smartphone, etc.), an operating system and an Internet connection to access cloud services. The provider is responsible for maintaining and servicing the underlying architecture.The most important cloud services are Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) with IT resources such as servers, computing power, storage or network components, Platform as a Service (PaaS) as a platform for running and developing applications, and Software as a Service (SaaS) with fully functional applications of all kinds, from office apps to CRM or ERP systems.
