The Webshop packages (Basic & Pro) offer both beginners and professionals a solution that allows them to enter and advance in e-business without special technical knowledge and without hardware investment. If necessary, you can upgrade from Webshop Basic to Webshop Pro at any time; the shop settings will remain unchanged. As the software is cloud- and browser-based, it can be accessed from any Internet workstation and is always up to date.

Thanks to the intuitive operation of the design editor and the administration tour, no prior knowledge is required. Our webshop application is easy to use and still offers customisable display options. You will be guided through the first steps and learn how to add products, set up payment methods and much more. Simply choose one of the modern design templates and customise all the details to your liking using drag and drop.

Our comprehensive online help centre also provides quick answers to all questions relating to your online shop.

Simply open the shop administration in your browser.

You can log in to the shop administration area using your @t-online.de email address and the corresponding password. If you have not yet set up your email address or password, you can do so in the customer centre under "My account": www.telekom.de/kundencenter

Alternatively, you can also enter your access number and personal password. You received these with your access data.

After logging in, you will be taken directly to the home page of your online shop's administration area.

Our templates can be easily adapted to your personal needs and corporate identity. With each design template, you can change fonts and colours, as well as replace text and images. Each template also offers several styles for you to choose from. The differences are reflected in the colour scheme, for example. Of course, you can switch to a different template at any time.

All design templates are fully responsive and adapt to the respective end devices or the size of your shop customers' browser windows.

With Webshop Pro, you can list your shop's products on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay or product portals such as Billiger.de and Google Shopping etc. with just a few clicks directly from the administration area. Webshop Pro has been designed so that existing product information is automatically transferred from your web shop, meaning you don't have to maintain it twice.

To connect, simply activate the desired portal in your administration area. The individual steps are explained in detail there.

You can offer your customers various payment methods. There are two types:

• Standard payment methods such as prepayment or direct debit, where you take care of the billing yourself.
• Payment via a third-party provider (e.g. PayPal), which processes the entire payment on your behalf and then forwards the money to you. Please note that you must register with the payment provider once to connect to your online shop.

Our tip: You should offer your customers several payment methods if possible. This reduces the likelihood of customers cancelling their order because their preferred payment method is not available.

Online law can sometimes be quite confusing. New laws and regulations mean that the requirements that shop operators must meet are constantly changing. Our shop solutions comply with legal standards and are prepared for Trusted Shops certification (certificate can be purchased from Trusted Shops). This means high standards for data protection and data security.

All online shops that display this seal of approval are obliged to meet the highest standards in terms of data and delivery security. For buyers, the well-known Trusted Shops seal with the blue "e" is a guarantee of a trustworthy online shop. This includes, for example, SSL encryption for payment transactions.

The data is hosted in a certified data centre belonging to Deutsche Telekom AG in Germany and is subject to German data protection law. Data transmission is SSL-encrypted.

If you require a different internet address than "yourdesiredname.eshop.t-online.de" for your online shop, you have the option of setting up your own domain via the "Domain & Email" product and assigning it to your online shop.

The "Domain & Email" product is provided to you free of charge in connection with your Webshop Basic and Webshop Pro product for the duration of the Webshop contract.

Under "Domain & Email", you can then apply for your own domain in the corresponding Homepage Centre, among other things, and also set up up to three
of your own premium email accounts (each with 15 GB of email storage space).
