Prepare devices

Ensure that your LANCOM device is connected to the internet and has access to the LANCOM Management Cloud (LMC).

Access to the LANCOM Management Cloud (LMC)

Go to the LANCOM Management Cloud at cloud.lancom.de and log in with your access data.

Add device

Add your LANCOM device to the LMC by following the relevant steps in the dashboard. To do this, you may need to enter the serial number or other identifying features of the device.

Configuration

Once the device has been added, you can configure it centrally via the LMC. A wide range of settings are available, which you can adjust as required.

Activate licence

Ensure that you activate the necessary licences for your device in order to be able to use all the functions of Cloud Self Service.
