A specific contract term is created in FlexPlan, specifying the administration organisation and customer users. Accordingly, a distinction can be made between different user licences (named user, active user and enterprise agreement). In addition, various functions and solution extensions can be added, as already described in the product description under point 1. These can be, for example, meeting variants such as events, support or training, or additions to certain functions for audio, callback, integration of room systems or features such as translation, etc.

The Enterprise Agreement Flex3-EDU, which was developed specifically for education, is best suited for universities. It provides all university employees with the complete Webex Meeting Suite and Webex (Teams), and students can also take advantage of the possibilities offered by Webex.
The framework agreement between Deutsche Telekom Business Solutions GmbH and the DFN Association was signed by both parties on 11 March 2022. According to Section 11, Sentence 1 of the framework agreement, the term of the agreement is set at two years. The DFN Association has been granted an option to extend the framework agreement twice for one year. Consequently, the term for the Cisco Webex product ends on 10 March 2024 and, if the DFN Association exercises its options, on 10 March 2026.
