If you already have a compatible router or add one to your tariff order, the 5G backup module will be installed on site free of charge by a service technician. The installation includes connecting to the business router and the initial setup of the mobile phone card and the backup function.

There are no additional costs for data usage on the mobile network, as the mobile phone card has a tariff with unlimited data volume.

Yes, all locations with direct dial and individual numbers can be integrated into CompanyFlex SIP-Trunk. This means that all locations share the parallel calls specified in the contract, taking into account the available bandwidth at each location.
The costs vary depending on the desired features. CompanyFlex SIP-Trunk with direct dial number, flat rate to German landlines and 18 other countries, as well as flat-rate internet, is available from €54.95 per month. Additional locations, more phone numbers, extra options, etc. can be flexibly added. Thanks to the modular offering, you only pay for what you actually need. Via the configurator , you can quickly and without obligation put together an individual offer for your needs.
Most telephone systems from leading manufacturers are CompanyFlex-compatible. Incidentally, you can also use most older systems for CompanyFlex SIP-Trunking, even ISDN telephone systems.
A SIP-Trunk is comparable to a telephone connection based on a data line. The existing IP or ISDN telephone system is connected via SIP trunking (SIP: Session Initiation Protocol = network protocol; Trunk = bundling) to the Internet. This allows multiple individual or extension numbers to be operated in IP-based telephone systems with just a single access account.
The German Federal Office for Information Security (BMI) has awarded CompanyFlex SIP Trunk the C5 certificate! C5 stands for Cloud Computing Compliance Criteria Catalogue and describes minimum requirements for information security for cloud-based services that must not be undercut. Unlike other security standards, the criteria catalogue also includes so-called environment parameters, thus providing an important reference point for companies and authorities in their search for a trustworthy provider. The certification is carried out by an independent third party in accordance with international standards (ISAE 3000) and is reviewed annually.
