We offer services that support you from preparation to operation. During an on-site analysis, your IT/telecommunications equipment is thoroughly checked in advance. As part of an installation workshop, we work with you to develop a concept for smooth setup.

Our specialists install and configure your business router and CompanyFlex. We also provide training if required. With change management, you can continually adapt CompanyFlex and Cloud PBX to new situations.

The 8-hour fault clearance service is already included. If you require faster fault clearance, you can request the 4-hour fault clearance service.

The actual installation is prepared thoroughly. Ten to fourteen days in advance, all data necessary for smooth operation is compiled jointly. This includes, for example, a telephone numbering plan, data on the network infrastructure, and existing special services.
