How can I enter into a data processing agreement (DPA) or EU standard contractual clause for the use of Microsoft online services?

If you purchase Microsoft online services (Microsoft 365/Office 365/Azure) from Telekom, you agree to the Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) for the use of Microsoft online services with Microsoft when you place your order.

In doing so, a data processing agreement (DPA) and the EU standard contractual clauses on the use of Microsoft online services (Microsoft 365/Office 365/Azure) are also concluded directly with Microsoft. You can download this DPA here.

Further information can be found in the FAQ "Where can I find the documents for purchasing Microsoft online services via Telekom?". Information on data protection in the Telekom Cloud Marketplace can also be found on this page.
