Microsoft contract documents

The following terms and conditions, agreed between Telekom and the customer, apply to the purchase of Microsoft 365, Office 365 and Dynamics 365:

Personal data is regularly processed in connection with the use of Microsoft Online Services provided by Telekom Germany GmbH. In accordance with legal regulations, you are obliged to conclude a contract with Telekom Germany GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "Telekom") for order processing (AV).

Telekom offers you a contract for order processing (ErgB-AV) with the supplementary terms and conditions linked below.

It is your responsibility to check which personal data you want Telekom to process and whether the provisions in the ErgB-AV meet the requirements of the law applicable to you and the need for protection.
