General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Supplementary terms and conditions for order processing for business customer products
Dear Customer,
For some products that you use for business purposes, we process your personal data (e.g. that of your employees or customers) on your behalf. This requires a separate contract for order processing in accordance with Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation. We have adapted this contract in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation.
We have published the contracts for the individual AGB products here as "Supplementary Terms and Conditions for Order Processing (AV)". This means that the published regulations automatically apply as supplementary terms and conditions for the respective products!
What does this mean for you?
If you have previously concluded an agreement with us for order processing, this will be replaced by the published Supplementary Terms and Conditions AV – essentially, the only change here is the update to the General Data Protection Regulation.
If you have not yet concluded an agreement with Telekom on order processing, the published supplementary terms and conditions for your product will apply automatically. This will enable you to fulfil your data protection responsibilities with regard to the processing of personal data.
However, you may also object to the supplementary terms and conditions if, for example, in individual cases, you do not want Telekom to process any personal data in connection with the use of a product. If you wish to object to the contract, please provide us with feedback stating your reasons. Please note that in the event of an objection, no order processing will be agreed with us initially. If we process personal data from you, this will not be in compliance with the law. It is your responsibility to provide a reasoned objection. Please send your objection to datenschutz@telekom.de.
What else is important?
We have published the Supplementary Terms and Conditions AV for all AGB products for which we process your data on your behalf in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. This means that if you cannot find your AGB product here or cannot assign it to the product clusters (please note: only AGB products are stored! For individual contracts, AVs are agreed individually), there is no order processing – in this case, you do not need any supplementary terms and conditions AV. This is because not every product involves order processing. For example, you do not need a separate contract for our classic product portfolio from the landline and mobile network.
By the way: You do not need a separate agreement for private use of our products! The General Data Protection Regulation expressly excludes private use from its scope!
Below you will find the supplementary terms and conditions for order processing for all business customer products, grouped into the categories Cloud & IT, mobile phone options, value-added services and other products:

Important: If you do not obtain your telecommunications connection from Telekom (connection from a third-party provider), this service is not part of our telecommunications service. In this case, as the data controller, you are legally obliged to conclude a contract for order processing with Telekom Deutschland GmbH.
