Activate mobile box

• Dial the control code **62*3311# and then press the green call button. 

Deactivate mobile box

• Pressing the tax code ##002# and the green receiver button deactivates call forwarding to the mobile mailbox.

Note: Alternatively, you can activate or deactivate your voicemail by calling the free number 3311 from your mobile phone. Follow the instructions given in the telephone message. The control code for activating or deactivating your voicemail works both domestically and abroad.

The most important control codes for setting up your voicemail:

Customising the welcome text:

• Dial the speed dial number 3311 from your mobile phone.
• Go to the main menu and select 3 - Box settings.
• Then select 1 – Welcome message to customise your personal welcome message or the box name.

Set up notifications:

• Dial the speed dial number 3311 from your mobile phone.
• Go to the main menu and select 3 - Box settings.
• Then select 3 – Notifications. Here you can customise your notification settings and activate SMS notifications.

Set up password:

• Dial the speed dial number 3311 from your mobile phone.
• Go to the main menu and select 3 - Box settings.
• Then select 5 – Password and follow the instructions to enter a new password.

Setting up call forwarding:
To set up call forwarding, please dial the control codes listed below from your mobile phone.

• Call forwarding when mobile phone is switched off: **62*3311# + green call button
• Call forwarding when busy: **67*3311# + green receiver button
• Call forwarding when not answered: **61*3311# + green receiver button
• Call forwarding after a certain period of time: You can forward callers to voicemail after 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 seconds. Here is an example of a control code: **61*3311**25# + green receiver button. In
  this example, the last digit indicates the interval. The caller will therefore be forwarded after 25 seconds.

With Business Voicemail, you can greet your callers with a personalised message. The message is assigned based on the phone number. Various text modules, voices and music tracks are available to choose from, allowing you to customise your messages and get creative. In addition, you can book a professional message for specific callers or as a greeting for all callers.

Checking your voicemail from your own mobile phone
: Dial speed dial 3311 to be connected directly to your voicemail.

Checking your voicemail from another connection

To check your voicemail from an external connection, proceed as follows:

1. Dial the long code for your mobile mailbox. This consists of your mobile phone prefix + the number 13 + your phone number.
   Example: Your mobile phone number is 0151 1234567. The long code for your mobile mailbox is 0151 13 1234567.
2. To listen to your messages, interrupt your greeting with the * key.
3. You will now be asked to enter your personal PIN. The PIN is the last four digits of your SIM card number before the hyphen.
4. After entering your details, you can listen to your messages.

Note: If you have transferred your telephone number to Telekom, please replace the 13 with the following codes: Vodafone = 55, E-Plus = 99, O2 = 33.

Checking your voicemail from your own mobile phone while abroad

To listen to your voicemail from abroad,

1. Dial the voicemail speed dial number 3311. This speed dial number works directly in many foreign networks.
2. To listen to your messages, interrupt your greeting with the * key.
3. You will now be asked to enter your personal PIN. The PIN is the last four digits of your SIM card number before the hyphen.
4. After entering your details, you can listen to your messages.

If the mobile mailbox speed dial does not work, you can also reach the mobile mailbox via the long dial.

1. This consists of the country code + your mobile phone prefix + the number 13 + your phone number. 
   Example: Your mobile phone number is: 0151 1234567. The long dial number for your mobile phone is: +49 0151 13 1234567.
2. To listen to your messages, interrupt your greeting with the * key.
3. You will now be asked to enter your personal PIN. The PIN is the last four digits of your SIM card number before the hyphen.
4. After entering your details, you can listen to your messages.

With Telekom's voicemail app, you can receive and manage voice messages and faxes directly on your smartphone or tablet PC. The most important features of the voicemail app include:

• Receiving and managing voice messages
• Recording and changing personal announcements
• Retrieve faxes via the voice mailbox (IP) in the app
• Mobile mailbox and voice mailbox settings (IP)
• Display multiple landline connections and multiple mobile phone numbers in the app

Note:The Voicemail app for iOS has been discontinued since mid-September 2025. Please use the Visual Voicemail app on your Apple device for your mobile phone messages. For landline messages, we recommend the voice mailbox.

Your voicemail can store up to 99 voice messages. Each message can be up to 5 minutes long. New, unheard messages are stored for 21 days. Heard messages are stored for a maximum of 7 days.
