Our usage model is designed to offer flexibility and transparency. The various versions of our toolchains are available in predefined package sizes. For example
, to ensure a smooth start, we offer a ‘Try & Buy’ starter package, which is perfectly suited to teams of up to 10 users.
For more demanding projects, we recommend our Enterprise Toolchain with commercial Atlassian licences, which is available for 250 users or more. This version of the toolchain is ideally suited to large-scale projects and can even be used in combination with your own licence under the ‘Bring-Your-Own-Licence’ concept. This allows us to offer you maximum flexibility in the use and customisation of your DevOps toolchain.

To ensure secure operation, DevOps-as-a-Service is hosted on Europe’s largest cloud, the Open Telekom Cloud (OTC). The OTC is Deutsche Telekom’s sovereign, enterprise-grade public cloud platform, which is operated exclusively within the European Union. This ensures compliance with strict requirements regarding the GDPR, information security and data protection. Furthermore, DevOps-as-a-Service undergoes regular data protection and security audits. You
can also benefit from our expert support for using our tools for up to two weeks after deployment, whilst our central service desk is available to you at any time during supported operating hours.
