Direct Numbering

DirectNumbering is the ideal service for organising telephone on-call duty. In future, your on-call service or employees will only need to call the DirectNumbering service and log in when they start work: the system will then redirect calls to the logged-in device.

Employees can now be reached via the corresponding on-call number without callers needing to know their personal number or name. The advantage: your customers only need to remember one number.

Your employees book themselves in

The DirectNumbering System provides you with a free-of-charge on-call number from the Telekom Germany mobile network for each on-call service. You, your colleagues or your customers can always reach the responsible employee at this fixed on-call number.

  • At the start of their on-call period, the employee logs in via the check-in telephone number.
  • Telekom automatically sets up call forwarding from the on-call number to the employee's mobile phone.
  • The employee can now be reached on the on-call number.
  • Employees must have a German telephone number. Foreign telephone numbers will be rejected.

Fair base price according to on-call groups

1 standby team only€50/month
Up to 5 standby groups only€150/month
Up to 10 standby groups only €300/month
Up to 25 standby groups only€600/month
Up to 100 standby groups only€2,000 per month
