Telekom will collect, process and use personal data on the basis of Sections 91 et seq. of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) insofar as this is necessary for the performance of this contract and is described in the "Supplementary Terms and Conditions for Order Processing (Ergb-AV)".

For the specific use of products on the websites and in the apps of our partners, the privacy policies of those providing these products apply.

Webex conferencing and collaboration solutions are provided by Cisco, headquartered in the United States. User data for Webex Teams and Webex Meetings is hosted in a central common identity database. When the Webex collaboration solution is first deployed, user data for customers based in Germany is hosted in Europe (Frankfurt am Main, Amsterdam and, if necessary, London (depending on the service or migration status)).

The Webex Teams application is technically operated via servers in various data centres distributed worldwide. All content shared by users via Webex Teams (e.g. texts, documents, images, chats) is transmitted in encrypted form and stored in encrypted form on servers in European data centres for customers based in Germany. The Webex Meetings conference applications are technically enabled in various data centres distributed worldwide. For Telekom customers who order the service in Germany, the data is primarily processed on European servers (Frankfurt am Main and Amsterdam).
