You can create a free @magenta.de or @t-online.de email address at any time with your Telekom login. If you do not yet have a Telekom login, you can create one quickly and easily.
Whether you already have a contract with us or would like to register a freemail email address, with your new email address you will receive a free mailbox with 1 GB of storage space and up to 10 additional email addresses. You will also benefit from our high security standards.
You can access your Telekom Mail emails at any time via the E-Mail-Center or the Telekom Mail app. Simply open the E-Mail-Center directly in your browser or download the Telekom Mail app to your mobile devices free of charge. To log in, you will need your user name and the password you use for your Telekom login.
Note: You will find the login for the E-Mail-Center via your browser at the top right of the t-online homepage.

To integrate your Telekom Mail mailbox into a programme such as Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird, you need a password for email programmes. You can set up this password in the E-Mail-Center by logging in with your access data:
Forgotten your password:
Please open the login page at the top right of the t-online homepage and then select "Other login options". Then select a feature that will allow us to recognise you and follow the remaining steps.
Change password:
To change your password, please log in with your Telekom login details. In the login settings, you will find the option "Change password". Follow the steps to set your new password.
For Telekom customers:
If you have cancelled your Telekom landline products, your Telekom Mail, including your email inbox, will be deleted after 180 days.
As a mobile phone customer, have you created a Telekom login without reference to a product? If so, please follow the instructions for customers without a Telekom product.

For customers without Telekom products:
If you are using the email centre with your browser, it may help to clear your cache. Press the key combination "Ctrl+Shift+Del" to access the settings. In Safari, use the combination "CMD + Alt + E". Ensure that your browser is up to date.
A tip: Try using the email centre with a different browser.

If you can no longer send emails in the E-Mail-Center, this may be because your storage space is full. In this case, it is not possible to save and send new emails.

There are several reasons why you may no longer be able to receive emails. Here are some possible causes:
Storage space fullCheck
your storage space in the E-Mail-Center. Click on the cog icon in the top right-hand corner, select 'View all settings' and then 'Storage'. There you can see how much storage space is being used. Click on 'Free up storage' to make space and be able to send emails again.
Tip: To get more storage space, you can book the paid option Mail M.
Cancellation
: If you have cancelled your landline product with Telekom, you can continue to use your @t-online.de/@magenta.de email address for up to 6 months. After that, you will need to convert the email address to a freemail account if you wish to continue using it.
Forwarding set
UpCheck in the E-Mail-Center whether forwarding is set up. Click on the cog icon in the top right-hand corner, select 'Show all settings' and then 'Email options'. Click on 'Forwarding' and remove any existing forwarding by clicking on 'Delete'.

You can use Mail M for a small monthly fee. With Mail M, you get 15 GB of storage space, which you can expand by 1 GB each month. You can create up to 50 email addresses and your mailbox is ad-free.

Blocked by security team:
If your email has been blocked due to SPAM from your address, this may mean that your email account has been hacked. Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Payment arrears:
If you have payment arrears and your connection is blocked, your email account will also be automatically blocked. Please settle your outstanding payments to reactivate your account. Once the outstanding amounts have been paid, your account will be automatically reactivated.
