With the Telekom Staking Service, you can stake your crypto assets in selected blockchain networks and receive rewards in return. We offer cloud infrastructure-as-a-service and, as an enterprise provider, can enable you to stake crypto assets via your own infrastructure.
With our public validator nodes, we provide infrastructure for innovative blockchain networks. Users can delegate their assets to our validator nodes and receive staking rewards in return. For customers who want to operate their own validator nodes, we offer white label solutions.

Our Bitcoin mining solutions utilise surplus renewable energy for load balancing, thereby stabilising the energy grid and converting surplus energy into digital assets. In this way, we enable a more efficient and sustainable use of renewable energies and contribute to a clean and reliable energy future.

Telekom subsidiary MMS and Bankhaus Metzler are launching a pilot project for Bitcoin mining using surplus renewable energy. The previously unused electricity, which cannot be fed into the grid or stored, will be used for mining. The project is expected to provide valuable field data for future projects.
Telekom MMS, a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, is joining the Enterprise Node Operators (ENO) programme to promote the decentralisation and security of the NEAR blockchain. Deutsche Telekom is the first telecommunications company to operate a validator for the NEAR protocol. Validators verify and approve transactions, playing a key role in the operation and security of blockchains. The partnership marks a significant milestone in the expansion of the NEAR ecosystem to include enterprises.
Telekom MMS acts as a validator and plays a central role in the management and security of the Injective blockchain. Injective enables trading in digital assets, tokenisation, lending and payments. As an essential part of the network, validators contribute to security and reliability. The live launch of Telekom MMS as a validator marks an important milestone for the institutional development of Injective.
We would be happy to advise you on our Web3 solutions.
When staking, users make their crypto assets available to the network (in English, "to put at stake") and thus maintain the blockchain. This contributes to securing the blockchain through the Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus mechanism. Such blockchain users are called validators and receive a payout ("staking reward") for this, which is higher the greater the crypto assets made available.
You can find more information about the consensus mechanism here.
We currently offer staking for Chainlink (LINK), Ethereum (ETH), Flow (FLOW), Fetch.ai (FET), XDC (XDC), Subsquid (SQD), Near Protocol (NEAR), Injective (INJ) and ZetaChain (ZETA).
Unreliable network operators can be penalised by so-called "slashing". Our 24/7 node service significantly reduces the risk of slashing.
Please note that as an infrastructure provider, Telekom cannot assume any liability for market fluctuations in crypto assets. Business customers are expected to have the necessary knowledge to use the technology and understand the risks involved.
