1. Planning and needs analysis

We discuss the most important aspects of connecting to the telematics infrastructure with you, assess the current status of the relevant parts of your hospital IT system, and clarify any special requirements your hospital may have.

The results of the assessment of the current situation and the needs analysis are now incorporated into a proposed solution for your organisation. Quantity structures are also identified and agreed with you at this stage.

3. Preparation of quotations and contracts

You will receive a quote/draft framework agreement based on the agreed solution proposal. We will also clarify the commissioning and reordering process as well as the legal framework (e.g. gematik requirements) with you during this step.

4. Training on commissioning

After signing the contract, your specialists will receive training on how to independently commission the TI components (e.g. installing and configuring the connector, pairing the card terminals, etc.).

5. Delivery via secure supply chain

Now, in accordance with the proposed solution, the first order is placed and the required components are delivered via a secure supply chain.

6. If required: remote support during the commissioning phase

If problems arise during commissioning despite training, we will be happy to provide you with advice and assistance via email support (important: on-site services are not included).

7. Manufacturer service for telematics infrastructure components (including VPN access)

In the event of a service notification, the so-called third-level service is provided directly by the component manufacturer.
