Whether you want to initiate, accept or forward calls, all it takes is a single click. Incoming calls are signalled with a pop-up and can be forwarded directly to voicemail or another contact person in your team if necessary. Thanks to hotkey dialling, you can initiate calls from a wide variety of applications or websites without having to laboriously type in the number.

With the XPhone Connect softphone, you can retire your hardware telephone. Whether in the office, at home or on the move: 
all you need is a PC, headset and internet connection to use all UC functions. You can be reached anywhere under one number. And your office number is always displayed externally. The softphone also offers maximum flexibility when several colleagues share a workspace or when you use "flexible seating": every employee always has their own direct dial number.

With XPhone's AnyDevice function, you can make calls from any landline or mobile device as conveniently as you would from the office. Simply enter the telephone number into your client, and you can set up conferences and forward calls even when working from home or staying at a hotel. Thanks to the "One Number" service, your office number will always be displayed.

Use the softphone to make calls worldwide via Wi-Fi and mobile networks using your office extension number. At the same time, you can access all your contacts while they remain stored on your server in compliance with data protection regulations – regardless of whether the contact is stored in Outlook, your ERP or CRM system. TeamDesk users use the same client as all other employees and are thus fully integrated into company-wide communication. Another advantage is that you can use both the softphone and – via AnyDevice – any end device. This means that hotline employees can also log in easily from their home office. Thanks to the integrated analytics tool, you can evaluate call volume, availability and service levels at any time. This means you always know exactly if and when bottlenecks occur and can adjust your resources accordingly.

A chat message is often the quickest way to reach colleagues – beyond office and location boundaries. You can reply to incoming chats directly in the pop-up window. Ongoing chats can be flexibly expanded to include additional people and seamlessly continued on the go via the mobile app. You can easily send images via drag & drop and edit them with the integrated image editor if necessary. Did your contact send you an important link last week? No problem: all chats are safely stored in the journal.

Thanks to clear presence management, phone calls never go unanswered again: you can see at a glance who in your team is available and who is in a meeting or on holiday. Automatic calendar synchronisation with Outlook and Notes ensures that presence status is always up to date. Bidirectional presence synchronisation with Microsoft Teams also works automatically: XPhone recognises when you are in a Teams session and automatically forwards incoming calls. Conversely, no Teams calls will disturb you while you are on the phone with XPhone.

Is a contact person you urgently need currently on the phone? With the "Info when available" function, you will automatically receive a message when they are free again.

In the team panel, you can see the presence status and availability of entire departments and teams, right up to the whole company. You can connect calls, take over calls or even start phone calls, conferences and chats directly from the team panel. The telephony and switching functions are available across locations and without connecting the telephone systems. Thanks to AnyDevice, you can also see the telephone status of employees who are working from home or on the road – so you'll never again run the risk of connecting an important business contact to nowhere. The integrated free-text search ensures that every contact person can be found in seconds, even in large companies. With XPhone, setting up conference calls is easier than ever. Schedule conferences with a single click in Outlook or Notes and manage appointments conveniently via your calendar. Planning a conference for a colleague? No problem. You can designate other participants when you create the conference. The conference can be conveniently controlled via the client. Are participants travelling by car and the background noise is distracting? Simply mute them. The active speaker display shows you who is currently speaking. And thanks to convenient authentication, internal participants are identified directly without having to enter a PIN.

Better collaboration made easy: With XPhone, you can share your screen with colleagues – without any additional software. The screen is displayed directly in the client, and mouse and keyboard control can be transferred if required. Screen sharing not enough for you? Then expand screen sharing with a single click to include a conference call or group chat.

You can also share your screen with external contacts via web meetings. And it's completely hassle-free. All your guest needs is a browser. As soon as you create a meeting in Outlook or Notes, your contact will receive an invitation via email. All they need to do is click on the link in the email and your customers can join the meeting directly in their browser. No plug-in required.

Identifying callers when the phone rings for the first time is a huge advantage when communicating with customers and business partners. But your data can do more: with the XPhone Connect Dashboard, key information about the contact is displayed as soon as the call comes in – e.g. from your ERP or CRM system. At the same time, actions such as "create sales opportunity" or "new appointment" can be defined, which can be executed directly from the client.

Whether on your PC or mobile via app: with XPhone Connect, you'll never forget an important task again! For example, you can set a call to be rescheduled. XPhone not only reminds you on the desired date, but you can also start the call directly from the reminder pop-up. Do you have access to the contact's presence status? Then, if you wish, XPhone will only remind you when your contact is actually available. The powerful fax module allows you to receive and send faxes directly from your PC. Faxes can be sent just as easily as emails and can be expanded to include any documents using drag & drop. Thanks to the live preview, you always know exactly how the fax will appear to your customers.

Make a good impression – even when you are unavailable. Thanks to the intelligent voicemail system, announcements can be controlled not only by phone number and time, but also by your presence status. Call forwarding to voicemail is set automatically via calendar integration. The Unified Journal guarantees maximum overview of all conversations: whether phone calls, conferences, voicemails, faxes or chats. All entries can be flexibly filtered and searched by name, extension or company, for example.
