DSL packages for the self-employed and start-ups

The required bandwidth or DSL speed depends on your usage and the number of users:

• The smallest bandwidth is sufficient for one to two users and for sending emails with small attachments (e.g. invoices).
• We recommend 50 Mbit/s if up to five users access the internet, conduct online research and send emails.
• Do you also use webinars? Do you send emails with large attachments (e.g. construction plans) or upload files to the cloud? If so, you should plan for a bandwidth of at least 100 Mbit/s.

A higher DSL speed always enables faster loading of web pages, smooth streaming and rapid uploads and downloads. If you start with a lower bandwidth, you can upgrade to one of the higher bandwidths free of charge at any time.

• Business DSL Start:
  Our entry-level Business DSL Start tariff is ideal for self-employed people and small businesses. It offers a double flat rate for internet and calls to German landlines, allowing you to plan your costs. Thanks to state-of-the-art Voice over IP technology, you can make calls in high HD voice quality and use two voice channels simultaneously. You can be reached on three phone numbers (expandable to up to ten phone numbers). Numerous useful inclusive services make your everyday office life easier, e.g. priority fault clearance within just 8 hours and secure 100 GB online storage space on servers in Germany.
   
• Business DSL Pro:
  For companies that need even more performance, we offer our Business DSL Pro tariffs. Here, up to 6 voice channels can be added, allowing 8 employees to make calls at the same time. In addition, a fixed IP address is included in all bandwidths, as well as international flat rates to 18 countries. By the way: from the Business DSL Pro 100 tariff onwards, a flat rate to all German mobile networks is also included.

A fixed or static IP address ensures that your company website can always be accessed at the same URL and that your Internet-enabled devices communicate without errors. A fixed IP address is essential, especially if your company has multiple locations or if you work in different places (office, home office, branch office).

After you have carried out the DSL availability check, you will be shown how much bandwidth is available at your location. With DSL availability of up to 50 Mbit/s, you will automatically be directed to our Company Start Hybrid tariffs . With Hybrid 5G, additional data rates via mobile communications are added to the available bandwidth of your Telekom landline connection. This allows you to automatically add 5G/LTE mobile communications to your landline bandwidth and enjoy all the benefits of Hybrid 5G.

Company Start and Company Pro will become Business DSL Start and Business DSL Pro. As an existing customer, you can continue to use the Company tariffs. It is not necessary to change your tariff.
