The MeinMagenta App combines private and business customers in one solution, enabling uniform management of all contracts. As a business customer, you can view your contracts, recent bills, news and offers at any time. View your bills online, manage call forwarding and check your data volume – all possible at any time with the MeinMagenta App.
Keep track of your bills! In the billing section of MeinMagenta App, you can find your current bills as well as those from the last 18 months – available to view directly or download as PDF files.
Are you unavailable or would you like to forward your calls to your voicemail or another number? With MeinMagenta, you can manage all your settings easily, clearly and conveniently.
Keep control of your costs and check your current account balance. This allows you to see at a glance what has been paid or credited and whether your account is balanced.
Keep track of your usage and costs. If you run out of data, simply purchase a data pass via the app and continue surfing at high speed.
Our digital assistant Frag Magenta answers your questions around the clock, with no waiting time. Or find the answer in the clearly arranged help topics and FAQs.
Ensure reliable internet access easily and conveniently with the home network check: use the MeinMagenta App to quickly and easily check the data for your current hotspot.
Add further contracts to your MeinMagenta App and keep track of all your company's contracts.
Tip: If you cannot see your added contracts, you can pull down in the app to refresh the view.

Your Telekom login is your key to a wide range of Telekom services. Whether it's email, MagentaCLOUD or the Kundencenter – with your Telekom login, you have everything under control.
You can also use your Telekom login to register for the Business Service Portal (BSP), the Magenta Business Service Portal (MBSP) and in the MeinMagenta App.

For business mobile phone products, you will not receive an activation code for a Telekom login.
If you do not have a Telekom login for your landline products, please create a Telekom login without linking it to a product. Each mobile phone customer number can be linked to up to three Telekom logins.
Important! When creating your Telekom login, please select the option "No, I do not have a landline or mobile phone contract".
Do you use more than 20 mobile phone contracts?
Then you need access to the Business Service Portal (BSP). You can then link this to a Telekom login.

As a landline business customer, you cannot currently view your contracts and data in the MeinMagenta app. You can manage your landline contracts in the Business Service Portal.
As a mobile business customer, check whether your contracts are stored in the MeinMagenta App. If this is not the case, proceed as follows:

If you have not yet confirmed your email address or if there are several confirmed email addresses but none is marked as the primary email address, you will be redirected to a page. There you will see a QR code (for your computer) or a link (for your smartphone) for WhatsApp. In the WhatsApp chat, you can quickly and easily confirm your email address if you are authorised to do so and have fewer than 20 contracts under your customer number. You can then integrate your business mobile phone contracts into the MeinMagenta App.

For security reasons, automatic linking of the Telekom login is currently not possible for more than 20 contracts.
If you have more than 20 mobile phone contracts, you will need access to the Business Service Portal (BSP).
You can then link your BSP access data to a Telekom login.

In the confirmation email, you will receive a link that allows you to approve or deny the specified user's rights (full access). This link can only be used once and will become invalid after clicking.
If you wish to make any changes after approval, please contact Support.
After a rejection, you can inform the user via the contact details provided in your notification so that they can resubmit their access request if necessary.
