Please note the following information regarding switching to Telekom with your mobile phone number:
Switch at the end of the contract:
- Cancel your contract with your previous provider before transferring your number to Telekom.
Change before the end of the contract:
- Please submit a porting declaration of intent (opt-in) to your current provider before requesting number porting to Telekom. Please note that in this case you will have two parallel contracts with corresponding double costs and should terminate the current contract with your previous provider in good time.
How to order your new contract directly online:
- Select your desired tariff with or without a mobile phone on our product page.
- The system will then guide you step by step through the order process. During the online order process, you will also be asked to enter the telephone number you wish to keep.
- Important note: The porting can take place at the earliest 123 calendar days before the end of the contract and at the latest 90 calendar days after the end of the contract.
