How to check the status of your order:

    Mobile communications

    For all mobile phone orders placed in your Magenta Business Service Portal (MBSP), you can find the status of your order under the menu item "My orders".

    We are also happy to inform you about the progress of your order by e-mail. Sign up for our information service to stay up to date.

    You can track the status of your order online at any time to find out when your new Internet & landline device will arrive or when your new Internet & landline product will be activated.

    Simply use our digital order status display to stay informed. Please have your order number and area code ready.
