You can reach us by telephone at any time.
Change your address, bank details, company details and other personal information online at any time. You will also receive an overview of your contracts and all relevant information about mobile, internet and landline services.
Mobile Communications
You can manage your mobile phone contracts online in the Business Service Portal (BSP). To do so, log in to the Business Service Portal (BSP) with your user name and password. If you do not yet have access, simply fill out our account application form. You will then receive your login details free of charge.
Landline
You can manage your landline contracts online in the customer centre. If you do not yet have access, you can register now free of charge.
Note: Please note that you can configure the technical settings for your cloud telephone system in the Business Service Portal (BSP) for landlines. Register now free of charge!

Transferring landline and internet contracts/phone numbers:
To transfer a contract or phone number, please use our contact form. Once you have selected the appropriate reason for the transfer, a blue note will appear indicating the documentation we require from you.
Note: When a contract or telephone number is transferred, all rights and obligations are transferred to the person or company taking over the contract. For more information, please refer to the Telekom help page on the subject of transfers.
