Zoom X: Request activation email again

Learn how to request the activation email again in Zoom X.

Didn't receive an email for Zoom X activation? Here's what to do:

Follow the step-by-step instructions if you have not received an email for Zoom X activation. 

Step 1

Please check your spam folder of your email account. If you cannot find the activation email there either, proceed with the following steps.

Step 2

Start the registration process. Click on "Sign up free".

When verifying your age, please enter your "year of birth" and click "Continue".

Step 4

Enter your "email address" with which you are registered in the Telekom Cloud Portal. Then click on "Continue". Please note that by doing so, you agree to Zoom's privacy policy and terms of use. You should read these before agreeing.

Step 5

You will receive an activation code at the email address you provided. Open your email inbox. If necessary, check your spam folder. Before opening the email, check that it was actually sent by Zoom.
Copy the activation code from the email from Zoom, paste it in, and then click "Verify" .

Step 6

You will receive an email informing you that a customer account already exists for this email address. Click on "Go to my account".

Step 7

You will be redirected to the login page of EU02web.zoom.us. Enter the email address you used in the Telekom Marketplace and when you registered. Click on "Forgot password".

Step 8

You will be redirected to the login page of EU02web.zoom.us. Enter your email address used in the Telekom Marketplace and during the new registration process. email address . Tick the box "I'm not a robot" (reCAPTCHA). Read the reCAPTCHA privacy policy and terms of use. Press "Send" .

Step 9

You will receive a message informing you of the email address to which the link for resetting your password has been sent. Open your email inbox and the email from Zoom. Before opening the email, check that it was actually sent by Zoom. Click on "Change password now" . If the button does not work, you can also copy the link provided below in full and paste it into your browser.

Step 10

Enter your new password. Please observe Zoom's rules and general security rules for passwords. Click on "Save".
