All personalised data remains in Germany and is hosted on German servers. This means that even companies and authorities with heightened security standards can use the product without hesitation.

Zoom X Workplace Pro offers extensive functionality for up to 499 users and 100 participants per meeting with unlimited meeting duration. Features include interactive whiteboards, meeting rooms for subgroups, chat functions and a simple calendar function. Meetings can be stored locally on the computer or in the cloud with a maximum of 5 GB.

If you require a larger solution for digital meetings and more, Zoom X Workplace Business is the right choice: 10 to 499 users and up to 300 participants per meeting with unlimited meeting duration. In addition to the features of Zoom X Workplace Pro, Zoom X Workplace Business includes the following components:

• An administrator dashboard that facilitates the display of information ranging from overall usage to live meeting data.
• Single sign-on (SSO) integration, allowing participants to log in to Zoom X from a variety of SSO providers such as Okta or Centrify.
• Managed domains and simple user management save you a lot of time in licence management.
• Company branding: Create your own vanity URL. You can include your company name in this URL (yourcompany.zoom.us). You can also create your own email templates with your company branding for both internal and external communication. This increases company loyalty and recognition.
• Automatic speech-to-text transcription: One of the highlights of Zoom X Workplace Business is automatic speech-to-text transcription. This provides you with a transcript immediately, without anyone having to take notes.

An account is not usually required if you are using Zoom X exclusively as a participant. If someone invites you to a meeting, you can join directly without registering. However, if the host has restricted participation in meetings to participants with authentication profiles, you will need a Zoom X account to join. The Zoom X online platform offers various package deals with transparent pricing: whether you are a self-employed person with a single user licence, a small business with 15 licences, or a large company or public authority with 500 or more licences, there is a suitable offer for everyone.

Zoom X Workplace Pro offers the entry-level version with 1 to 499 user licences. If only a small number of user licences are required and the number of participants does not exceed 100 people per meeting, then this version with its extensive functionalities is usually sufficient.

If you need a few more licences and participants, Zoom X Workplace Business offers 10 to 499 user licences and up to 300 participants per meeting, making it a good alternative. It also offers features that simplify login via SSO (single sign-on) and licence management, provides a comprehensive admin dashboard and enables corporate branding. This makes Zoom X Workplace from Telekom easier to use, provides a better overview for a larger number of users and makes everyday work easier and more carefree.

There are virtually no limits: if a company or public authority needs more than 500 user licences and wants to increase the number of participants per meeting to 500 or even 1,000, then Zoom X Workplace Enterprise or Zoom X Workplace Enterprise Plus are the right choice. When registering on the marketplace or ordering Zoom X, please do not use an email address that already has a Zoom account, as your booking with Zoom will otherwise be rejected. If you have already registered directly with Zoom in the past, you have the following options to choose from:

• Please log in to your Zoom account and delete it. If you wish to keep your Zoom account, please change the email address used for Zoom in the user management section. Then continue with the booking in the Telekom Cloud Marketplace.
  Godirectly to the Zoom login.
  Instructions for switching from Zoom to Zoom X can be found here.
• Alternatively, please change the email address used in your Telekom Cloud Marketplace profile. Please note: This change applies to your entire account, not just to your Zoom X order. Then restart the booking process.

It is possible that your booking will be rejected by Zoom because the email domain you are using (@yourcompany.co.uk) is already registered with Zoom and blocked for other partner offers. In this case, it will not be possible to book Zoom X using email addresses from this domain (e.g. ihrname@ihrefirma.de).

To test Zoom X, you can make the booking using a different email address (one that does not run on your company domain).

Please note that it will not be possible to merge this new Zoom X account with your company's existing Zoom account at a later date.
