Zoom X Rooms offers you modern, simple and scalable video conferencing with wireless content sharing and integrated audio transmission in every Zoom X meeting room.

Zoom X Rooms is a software-based video conferencing system that is compatible with standard cameras, speakers and monitors, giving you a highly flexible video solution for any of your rooms. With Zoom X Rooms, you can equip conference rooms, training rooms, meeting rooms, classrooms and executive offices, for example.

With Zoom X Rooms, you benefit from even more features than with the standard version of Zoom X, e.g. to hold interactive conferences, moderate working groups and create rooms for collaboration.

This makes it easy to connect to participants on mobile devices, desktop PCs, H.323 or SIP systems.

Zoom X Rooms gives you the ability to conduct video conferences and collaborate in any type of conference room. Depending on your requirements, you can customise the hardware selection to perfectly suit the use of the room in question.

The Zoom X Rooms Admin Management Dashboard allows the "owner" to assign licences, accounts, and permissions, monitor the status of the Zoom X Rooms deployment, and remotely manage devices in the room.

If the administrator or account owner requests access to the system status notification feature, they will be notified of the following events:

• The Zoom Rooms controller (e.g. an iPad) has been disconnected.
• A selected microphone, speaker or camera has been disconnected.
• A low-bandwidth network has been detected.
• Zoom X Rooms has been taken offline
• High CPU usage has been detected.
• The battery of the Zoom Rooms controller is low.

The standard hardware components for setting up a Zoom X Room include a camera, microphone, speakers, tablet (iPad or Android tablet), one or more screens, and a Mac or PC.

Workspace Reservation allows users within a company to easily book workspaces on an interactive map, regardless of whether they are on site or not. An integrated schedule display helps to show the availability of conference rooms. It also offers the option of having guests and employees welcomed in the lobby by a virtual receptionist.
