Zoom X Phone

If the phone tab appears on some devices and not on others (e.g. it appears on your mobile phone when you are connected to mobile data, but not on your computer), it is likely to be an issue with the application or a network/firewall issue.  

If the phone tab is not displayed on the desktop client and mobile app, it is likely a problem with the account. Contact the administrator and they can assign an extension number. Alternatively, try logging out and back in again on the client or app.  

This is likely a network issue. Try making a call on a different network or from a mobile device with a mobile data connection. If calls do not disconnect on a different network, check the firewall/ports of the network that is causing the calls to disconnect.

SMS sending and receiving is not supported with Zoom X.

Ensure that the time zone is set correctly in your profile, that business hours are configured, and that you are logged in to the Zoom desktop client and mobile app.

Ensure that the administrator has enabled all ports required for Zoom X Phone. You can also check the recommended network statistics for Zoom X Phone.
