The following instructions describe the migration from paid* Zoom Workplace licences (Zoom.us) to Zoom X Workplace from Telekom. All settings, with the exception of telephony settings, will be retained for users, for example scheduled meetings, chats or recordings. For telephony, users will receive new dial-in numbers and dial-in links.

It is not possible to migrate the existing account number from Zoom.us to Zoom X, as these are technically two different platforms. In the migration described here, the users and their settings are first moved to the new Zoom X account. The administrator is only moved at the end.
Please note that all users must manually accept the invitation to the new Zoom X account before the contract with Zoom.us expires (see point 4). Please allow sufficient lead time for this to take into account any employee absences. Once the contract with Zoom.us has expired, migration will no longer be possible. Users who have not manually migrated to the new Zoom X account by the time the contract with Zoom expires will automatically be converted to a Zoom Basic licence. All individual settings will be lost in the process.
Users will receive an email invitation to the new Zoom X account and must accept the invitation manually.
The transfer to the new Zoom X account will take place immediately after the invitation has been accepted. Users will receive confirmation that their account has been transferred.
